This is to advise you that Governor Larry Hogan has ordered the Maryland State Flag be lowered to half-staff effective immediately and returned to full-staff at sunset on the day of interment (not yet known). This is in honor of Senator Wayne Norman, who died Sunday, March 4, 2018. Senator Norman represented Legislative District 35.
