Announcing the FY2017 MEA Clean Energy Communities Low to Moderate Income Grant Program

The Maryland Energy Administration is pleased to announce the opening of the 2017 Maryland Clean Energy Communities Low to Moderate Income Grant Program. Applications from non-profit organizations and local governments are now invited on two platforms:

  • The Statewide Competitive Grant Program

The Low to Moderate Income Grant Program finances energy efficiency projects that benefit low-to-moderate income Marylanders. For details on the two grant platforms, as well as the application forms and guidance on preparing an application, please visit the program page online.

The application window closes on Friday, January 6, 2017. All applicants will be notified once the review process has been completed. Those who are selected to receive awards must complete their approved energy efficiency projects by April 1, 2018.
