Atlantic Population Canada Goose Season Begins Dec. 17

Split Season Ends Jan.1, Resumes Jan. 13 The Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) announced that Maryland’s Atlantic Population Canada goose hunting season opens Friday, Dec. 17. Atlantic Population Canada Goose Season Begins Nov. 17

Split-Season Hunt for Migrating Waterfowl Maryland’s migratory Atlantic Population Canada goose hunting season begins Nov. 17, and is split into two segments: Nov. 17 through Nov. 23, 2018, and again from Dec. 14, 2018 through Feb. 2, 2019. The daily bag limit is two geese a day in the Canada Goose Hunting Zone.
