Fuel Site #118 SHA Finzel Dome – Out of Service

State of Maryland Fuel Site #118 – State Highway Administration (SHA) Finzel Salt Dome located at 1336 Beall School Road, Frostburg, MD is currently out of services.  This site will remain out of service until further notice.  

New Bulk Fuel and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) BPO Numbers

Starting on January 1, 2025, statewide fuel program customers will use BPO number 001B5600092 topay bulk fuel and DEF invoices. Fuel Site #98 (Diesel) Out of Service

The City of Frederick`s (Site #98) diesel tank is out of service until further notice.  The alternative site for diesel is SHA Frederick  (Site #10).  Site #10`s hours of operation are 7AM to 4:30pm.

MVA Fuel Site Temporarily Out of Service
