Courtney League, the Director of Operations for the Design, Energy and Construction Division at DGS. Courtney wears many hats for the division and is the epitome of “Doing Great Service”. Courtney always goes over and beyond for his staff, clients, and the Agency.  He is knowledgeable, approachable, and freely offers his advice and experience.  He leads by example stepping up to the challenges that we face daily and encourages the team to do so as well.  We have had several leadership changes the past few years and throughout it all, he has stepped into new roles without any questions asked.  He looks out for his staff, listens to their concerns and/or works through conflicts that may arise. He believes in the team concept and looks to promote within. He always demonstrates a positive attitude, internal and externally, he works well with his colleagues and is always reliable at a drop of a dime when a crisis arises. You can define Courtney’s philosophy in one sentence. “THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS ONLY SOLUTIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES”
