October Honoree

Rose-Eva Dandridge has been with the Department of General Services since 2014. She started in Design, Construction & Energy’s (DCE) Construction Inspection division and several years ago moved into DCE’s the Project Cost Center (PCC).  Rose-Eva is an integral part of the DCE team. Rose-Eva wears many hats for the Design, Construction & Energy Division, and the work she does plays a critical part of every project the division does. From the beginnings of a capital project working with the Cost Center team to ensure all the essential documents are assembled, reviewed, and sent to DBM for funding to the weekly document coordination for operational & critical maintenance project review and approval. She goes about her work seamlessly and even as she assumes additional duties and tasks her work is impeccable. As the division has grown and technologies have changed Rose-Eva has taken it upon herself to streamline our processes, update our documents, increase efficiencies, and streamline how we handle day to day business operations so we could move away from a paper-based system to the digital world, this has allowed the division to move seamlessly toward teleworking. Her efforts along with the management team developed those processes during the early phases of the lockdown in 2020 that allowed the DCE team to continue working on projects for the State while access to the building was restricted.
