September Honorees

Alex Ferguson and Matthew Smith work with our Commodities and Facilities Maintenance division, yet due to a difficult staffing situation in our IT and Services division, Alex and Matthew have stepped up to help their colleagues while still maintaining their normal workload. Their willingness to go above and beyond is being noticed across the organization and helps ensure external customers are receiving quality customer service and timely responses to their requests. To that end, I received the following unsolicited email: I just wanted to let you know that Alex is working extremely hard to assist the IT and Services Team with our work backlog. Alex messaged Chris late last night. He was working on PORFP reviews and had questions about sole source award reviews. I would like to commend Alex, and Gwendolyn as his supervisor for the great work ethic and attitude are 10/10.
