Maryland Flag Flow Half-Staff, Saturday, June 1, 2019

Governor Larry Hogan has ordered the Maryland State Flag be lowered to half-staff effective immediately and returned to full-staff at sunset on the day of interment, Friday, June 21, 2019. This action is in honor of R. Clayton Mitchell, Jr., Former Speaker of the Maryland House of Delegates, who died Thursday, June 13, 2019.
