Secretary Bassette Highlighted in Business Monthly Story

Secretary Bassette is one of the Baltimore Washington Corridor Chamber (BWCC) talents highlighted in an article in The Business Monthly. She and the other talents in the story are now in State administrative positions.

“I want to make a difference,” Secretary Bassette said about her new position in the Hogan Administration. “I want to get things done that are tangible and measurable. I want to create more opportunities for small, local, minority and woman and veteran-owned businesses … which will create more local jobs and expand the tax base. It’s a priority that reflects the Governor’s theme: ‘Maryland is open for business.'”
