DGS Real Estate helps Stevenson University Bridge the Gap

Stevenson University’s campus is separated by the Gwynns Falls and part of the Rosewood Hospital property such that the University has had to bus or shuttle students from one part of the campus to the other.  DGS Office of Real Estate was able to negotiate an easement across the Gwynns Falls and the Rosewood property for Stevenson to construct a pedestrian bridge connecting their two campuses.  Stevenson has constructed a safe, environmental and scenic structure bridging the gap between their two campus sections.
