Outage Notice:

Call Center services experienced an outage this morning that impacted multiple state agencies in the Baltimore area.

Callers trying to reach customer service lines may have had difficulty reaching a state employee. Office phones were not impacted. DoIT technical staff will continue to monitor system status, and are working to determine the root cause of the outage.
