Canada Goose Hunting Season to Open in Maryland

Maryland’s migratory Atlantic Population Canada goose hunting season runs from Nov. 21 through Nov. 27, and again from Dec. 15 through Feb. 3, 2016.

The daily bag limit is two geese per day in this Canada Goose Hunting Zone.  The possession limit for all migratory game birds is now three times the daily bag limit.  For more information on waterfowl seasons, regulations and license requirements, please visit dnr2.maryland.gov/wildlife/Pages/hunt_trap/waterfowl.asp
