U.S. Army Major Harrison Bittenbender shares his background and culture of being an Asian American and Pacific Islander while serving in the Maryland Army National Guard. Bittenbender grew up in Hawaii and was a member of the Junior ROTC program in high school.

US Air Force Master Sgt. Linda Musto is the first sergeant assigned to the 175th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Warfield Air National Guard Base at Martin State Airport in Middle River, Maryland. She joined the 171st Communications Flight, Pennsylvania Air National Guard, in 1994 before coming to the Maryland Air National Guard in 2010 as an aircraft armament systems mechanic.

Vilchez serves with the MDNG mobile vaccination support team. The MVST is designed to provide vaccine clinic support by administering vaccines as well as providing logistical support. Originally from the Dominican Republic, he has been a resident of Maryland since 2008 and a member of the Maryland National Guard since 2014.

U.S. Army Staff Sgt. David Smith is a healthcare specialist with the 104th Medical Company Area Support, Maryland Army National Guard. Smith has answered the call to support his state and community through the COVID-19 pandemic by leading as the noncommissioned officer in charge of a mobile vaccination support team.

U.S. Air Force Capt. Miguel Rosario is a member of the 175th Cyber Operations Group based at the Air National Guard Base in Middle River, Maryland. He is currently a Cyber Warfare Officer but originally enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1997 before commissioning in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Cryptologic Warfare Officer.
