Brig. Gen. Scott L. Kelly earns the Order of Chaplain (Capt.) Eugene P. O’Grady Award

Maryland Military Department chaplains, chaplain candidates, and assistants concluded their annual training conference and presented the Order of Chaplain (Capt.) Eugene P. O’Grady Award at Camp Fretterd Military Reservation near Reisterstown, Md., on Jan. 31, 2017.

Brig. Gen. Scott L. Kelly, assistant adjutant general – Air, was awarded the O’Grady award for 2017.
