The driver of a Toyota pickup truck, a 58-year-old man, was flown by Maryland State Police Aviation Command to a shock trauma center.<\/p>\n<p>Around 5:30 p.m. yesterday, troopers from the Maryland State Police Frederick Barrack responded to northbound Maryland Route 194, south of Crum Road for a report of a two-vehicle crash. According to a preliminary investigation, the Chevrolet pickup truck, operated by Price, was traveling north on MD 194, when for unknown reasons, crossed over the yellow line and struck the Toyota head-on.<\/p>\n<p>Lanes were closed for approximately two hours for the crash investigation.
