{"id":16728,"date":"2020-01-29T12:42:57","date_gmt":"2020-01-29T17:42:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/news.maryland.gov\/msp\/?p=16728"},"modified":"2020-01-29T13:39:39","modified_gmt":"2020-01-29T18:39:39","slug":"single-vehicle-accident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.maryland.gov\/msp\/2020\/01\/29\/single-vehicle-accident\/","title":{"rendered":"Single Vehicle Accident"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(FORRESTVILLE, MD) \u2013 \u00a0Maryland State Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash in which one person was injured this morning in Prince George\u2019s County.<\/p>\n<p>At about 5:45 a.m. this morning, troopers from the Maryland State Police Forestville Barrack responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash with injuries at southbound I-495 at Central Ave. According to a preliminary investigation, a Chevrolet Camaro, being driven by James Douglas Perry III, 22, of Abingdon, Maryland lost control of the vehicle and struck the guardrail.<\/p>\n<p>Perry, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was transported via ambulance to University of Maryland Prince George\u2019s Hospital Center for treatment of his injuries.
