Lookout Canceled -Missing Juvenile Found In Cecil County

(North East, MD)— Maryland State Police are no longer requesting the public’s help in their search for a nine-year-old girl in North East, Maryland.  

The missing girl identified as Hailey Grace Smith, 9, of North East, MD has been located. She was found unharmed.
