This honor celebrates women superintendents who exemplify visionary leadership, equity-driven practices, and a steadfast commitment to student success.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr. Rogers was selected for her transformative leadership in advancing academic achievement, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring equitable access to high-quality education for all students.
