The Blueprint provides unprecedented State investment in new programs and innovative approaches organized in five pillars: Early Childhood Education; High-Quality and Diverse Teachers and Leaders; College and Career Readiness; More Resources to Ensure that All Students are Successful; and Governance and Accountability.
