Baltimore Street, Baltimore.\u00a0 <strong>The meeting will be held in the State Board room on the 7<sup>th<\/sup> floor, beginning at 9 a.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition, the State Board has planned an <strong>information session for <a href=\"http:\/\/marylandpublicschools.org\/stateboard\/Pages\/meeting-agendas\/2019\/2019-01-23.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wednesday, January 23<\/a><\/strong>. The session\u2014a panel discussion with four top members of Kirwan Commission subcommittees \u2014will be held at <strong>9 a.m. in the same location<\/strong>.\u00a0 The committees are: High Quality Teachers and Leaders (Sen.
