\nDr. Lowery will join Secretary Duncan and Howard County Superintendent Renee Foose will visit classrooms and meet with teachers from both Ducketts Lane Elementary and Thomas Viaduct Middle Schools to hear how teaching and learning is changing during the transition to higher standards, and how that has contributed to schools\u2019 and students\u2019 success in Maryland.
