This session is specifically for parents of elementary and middle-school students in Baltimore City and Baltimore County, in grades 3-8.<\/p>\n<p>The new PARCC assessments are aligned to the Maryland College and Career-Ready Standards, which are based on the Common Core State Standards, adopted in 2010 and fully implemented in 2013-14.<\/p>\n<p>Bilingual speakers will be on hand to translate for parents who are not fluent in English.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>PARCC Information Session for Spanish- and English-Speaking Parents<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEN:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>6 &#8211; 8 p.m.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Thursday, April 16<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>WHERE:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hampstead Hill Academy<br \/>\n500 S.
