Maryland State Board of Education to Hold Special Meeting on January 15

BALTIMORE (January 9, 2025) – The Maryland State Board of Education will hold a special virtual meeting on Thursday, January 15 to review and consider a change to a draft regulation for public charter school funding. The final version of the regulation will be published for public comment.

The proposed change relates to special education expenses and the overall funding to charter schools.
