The company has begun a routing analysis to further define the study area and to determine routing alternatives. At this time, the company has not filed a project application with the Maryland Public Service Commission, the agency with the official responsibility for reviewing this proposal, collecting public input, and issuing a decision on whether to permit construction of the project. Noting the significant public interest in the proposal, the Public Service Commission has established an email address for submitting public comment, <\/span><a href=\"mailto:piedmontcomments.psc@maryland.gov\"><b>piedmontcomments.psc@maryland.gov<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
