New this year , data centers have now been incorporated into the CI&amp;A program streamlining the programs and reflecting the common technologies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The CI&amp;A Program budget in FY23 is anticipated to provide an estimated $2.4 million in funding, which will be available for energy efficiency projects in the following two areas of interest (AOI):<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">AOI 1: Commercial, Industrial, and Nonprofit Sector<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Businesses (registered corporations, LLPs, LLCs, GPs, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Manufacturers &amp; Industrial Entities\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Data Centers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nonprofit Organizations<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Private Schools (Pre-K, K &#8211; 12)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Privately-owned Colleges and Universities<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Other types of commercial buildings may be eligible, determined by MEA on a case-by-case basis.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">AOI 2: Agricultural Sector<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Farms and Agricultural businesses\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Other entities that fall within<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bls.gov\/iag\/tgs\/iag11.htm#:~:text=About%20the%20Agriculture%2C%20Forestry%2C%20Fishing%20and%20Hunting%20sector,-The%20agriculture%2C%20forestry&amp;text=The%20Agriculture%2C%20Forestry%2C%20Fishing%20and%20Hunting%20sector%20comprises%20establishments%20primarily,ranch%2C%20or%20their%20natural%20habitats.tion\/?code=11\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 11<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until funding is fully awarded<\/span><b> or until February 15, 2023 at 5 P.M.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, whichever occurs first.
