MEA offers the Residential Clean Energy Rebate Program (&#8220;R-CERP&#8221;) to eligible Maryland homeowners who have installed a qualified clean energy system at their home. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Commercial Clean Energy Rebate Program (\u201cC-CERP\u201d) is eligible to businesses, nonprofits, local governments and Maryland State government agencies that install clean energy systems on facilities located within the state<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In Fiscal Year 2022 (\u201cFY22\u201d), $2,550,000 is available for the residential program and approximately $400,000 is available for the commercial program on a first-come, first-served basis. MEA will provide rebates for solar photovoltaic and geothermal installations that meet program requirements. Residential applications may be completed online, or by paper application which can be downloaded from the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/energy.maryland.gov\/residential\/pages\/incentives\/cleanenergygrants.aspx\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">website<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Commercial applications can be downloaded from the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/energy.maryland.gov\/business\/Pages\/Incentives\/CleanEnergyGrants.aspx\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">website<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Applications will be accepted until June 30, 2022, or until program funding is depleted. Projects must meet all eligibility requirements to be considered for award funding.
