Charging stations are located throughout the 85 acre Camden Yards campus.\u00a0This program was made possible by a grant from Maryland Energy Administration\u2019s Electric\u00a0Vehicle Supply Equipment Rebate (EVSE) Program and was completed in partnership with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdstad.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>MSA installed comprehensive EVSE charging infrastructure to provide game day fans and patrons of the Camden Yards parking facilities robust charging capability. &#8220;Camden Yards is not only conveniently located to downtown Baltimore and transportation outlets, it is a safe place to visit at any hour,&#8221; noted Maryland Stadium Authority chairman Thomas Kelso. \u00a0&#8220;With 24 hour security and surveillance, our complex permits visitors to leave their vehicles and enjoy the city while they wait.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, MEA offers funding for charging stations under the <a href=\"http:\/\/energy.maryland.gov\/transportation\/Pages\/afip.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Alternative Fuel Infrastructure Program (AFIP)<\/a>, a competitive technology-neutral grant program also provides funding assistance for CNG, propane, ethanol and hydrogen fueling stations.\u00a0 AFIP provides funding for 50% of the total turnkey DC fast charger cost up to $45,000 per station.
