In order to afford applicants the bit of extra time needed to fine-tune and finalize their submissions, MEA has extended the deadline for applications to <\/span><b>Tuesday, May 5, 2020.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Applications must be received by MEA <\/span><b>no later than<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> 11:59 P.M. EDT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Applicants are <\/span><b>strongly encouraged<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to submit their proposals electronically via email to <\/span><a href=\"mailto:RMP.MEA@Maryland.gov\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">RMP.MEA@Maryland.gov<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
