This booklet describes how solar energy is produced, how to finance it, questions to ask, and most importantly if it is right for your home. The Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) has a Clean Energy Rebate Program for both\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/energy.maryland.gov\/residential\/Pages\/incentives\/CleanEnergyGrants.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">residential\u00a0<\/a>and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/energy.maryland.gov\/business\/Pages\/Incentives\/CleanEnergyGrants.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">commercial\u00a0<\/a>installations that help incentivize the installation of solar in the state.
