Building energy analysis performed by HNI with the assistance of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/publicworks.baltimorecity.gov\/sustainable-energy\">Baltimore City Department of Public Works Office of Sustainable Energy<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0identified numerous cost effective strategies for reducing energy use. support.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">According to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.creativealliance.org\/staff\/laura-stokes\">Laura Stokes<\/a>, Operations and Rental Manager for Creative Alliance, \u201cthis type of assistance is great because insulation isn\u2019t as glamorous as kids programs which makes it more difficult to raise funds for.\u201d While\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/energy.maryland.gov\/Pages\/default.aspx\">MEA<\/a>\u00a0agrees that energy efficiency is often not viewed as \u201csexy\u201d, the savings estimates model more than $9,000 a year in annual savings.
