But if you are going to be successful, Muth explained, then not only must you have a plan but you should test it.<\/p>\n<p>Today, he noted, was all about testing those plans and meeting key decision makers. &#8220;You do not want the day an event like this occurs to be the first day you see the plan or have interacted with other state agencies&#8221;, Muth said.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Maryland\u2019s Hurricane season begins June 1 and the National Weather Service is predicting an active season with potentially 12-18 named storms impacting the Atlantic.
