Residents and businesses affected by the severe weather resulting from Tropical Storm Lee on Sep. 8-9 can apply for low-interest disaster loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration, SBA Administrator Karen G. Mills announced today.<\/p>\n
Mills made the loans available in response to a letter from Virginia Gov. Robert F. McDonnell on Nov. 9, requesting a disaster declaration by the SBA.
