At this event, MDE Secretary Robert M. Summers will also present the 2013 Smart, Green &amp; Growing Award for Innovations in Stormwater Management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHO: \u00a0<\/strong>Robert M. Summers, Secretary, Maryland Department of the Environment; Joe Gill, Secretary, Maryland Department of Natural Resources; approximately 300 representatives from federal, state, and local agencies; stakeholder groups; and water quality businesses.
