Summers will highlight stormwater remediation efforts at a private residence in the City of Frederick\u00a0tomorrow,\u00a0Wednesday, December 18. This is the fourth stop on the Stormwater Innovations Tour, a campaign bringing awareness to the stormwater remediation efforts of government, communities and citizens around the State.\u00a0 The tour will conclude with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/e\/2014-smart-green-growing-clean-water-innovations-trade-show-tickets-9619679721\" target=\"_blank\">Smart, Green &amp; Growing Clean Water Trade Show<\/a>\u00a0onJanuary 7, 2014\u00a0in Baltimore. \u00a0The event will consist of a press conference at a private residence in the City of Frederick and will highlight the University of Maryland Extension\u2019s Bay-Wise Yardstick Program for Master Gardeners. As a part of the program, a certified Bay-Wise Master Gardener will visit and tour a homeowner\u2019s yard, evaluate its landscaping and make suggestions for best stormwater management improvements.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MDE Secretary Robert M.
