The EPA shouldn\u2019t need such prompting.<\/p>\n<p>But this is a less-than-perfect world and Marylanders have to breathe in it. So, a six-month response period having come and gone with no peep from the EPA, Gov.\u00a0<a id=\"PEPLT0009123\" title=\"Larry Hogan\" href=\"http:\/\/www.capitalgazette.com\/topic\/politics-government\/government\/larry-hogan-PEPLT0009123-topic.html\">Larry Hogan<\/a>\u00a0was right in directing state Attorney General\u00a0<a id=\"PEPLT002236\" title=\"Brian Frosh\" href=\"http:\/\/www.capitalgazette.com\/topic\/politics-government\/brian-frosh-PEPLT002236-topic.html\">Brian Frosh<\/a>\u00a0to sue the federal agency.
