In addition to the exhibits, MDE will present several learning sessions for registered attendees.<\/p>\n WHO:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Ben Grumbles, Secretary, Maryland Department of the Environment;\u00a0Phillip Stafford, Maryland Department of Natural Resources; Ralph Spagnolo, Environmental Protection Agency, Region III; Ellen Bryson, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; Audra Lew and Ryan Zerbe, Montgomery County Department of the Environment; approximately 200 representatives from federal, state, and local agencies; stakeholder groups; and water quality businesses.
