The Challenge, created by Maryland Governor Martin O\u2019Malley and DataBay partners, will bring participants together with prominent environmental futurists who will describe some of the Chesapeake Bay\u2019s challenges and needs. \u00a0Judges\u00a0will\u00a0award cash prizes\u00a0to participants with the best ideas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHO:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Peyton Robertson, Director, NOAA\u2019s Chesapeake Bay Office<\/li>\n<li>Antonio J.
