ANNAPOLIS, MD (May 16, 2011) \u2013\u00a0 The Pesticide Advisory Committee will hold its next meeting on May 25, 2011from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.\u00a0 Agenda items include:\u00a0 A field trip to Chevy Chase Golf Club, in Chevy Chase, MD, discussion and overview of Chevy Chase Club\u2019s Pest Management Programs and a Pesticide Regulatory Update from Dennis Howard.<\/p>\n
The Pesticide Advisory Committee is made up of 15 members that review current pesticide management and advise the Secretary of Agriculture of actions necessary to produce healthy agricultural products and to protect structures, while ensuring the health of citizens and protection of natural resources.<\/p>\n
