{"id":806,"date":"2011-05-16T14:59:38","date_gmt":"2011-05-16T14:59:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/news.maryland.gov\/mda\/?p=806"},"modified":"2012-08-20T15:00:37","modified_gmt":"2012-08-20T15:00:37","slug":"new-toolkit-available-for-communities-farmers-local-officials","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.maryland.gov\/mda\/press-release\/2011\/05\/16\/new-toolkit-available-for-communities-farmers-local-officials\/","title":{"rendered":"New Toolkit Available for Communities, Farmers, Local Officials"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ANNAPOLIS, MD (May 16, 2011) \u2013 The Governor\u2019s Intergovernmental Commission for Agriculture (GICA) today launched a \u201ctoolkit\u201d designed to help Marylanders understand farming in the State and how they can support it. \u201cUnderstanding and Responding to the Changing Needs of Maryland Agriculture: A Toolkit for Local Communities\u201d aims to provide local communities and officials with a better understanding of the current state of Maryland agriculture.
