ANNAPOLIS, MD (August 30, 2011) \u2013\u00a0 The Maryland Horse Industry Board (MHIB) will meet Tuesday, Sept. 6, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Baltimore County Center for Maryland Agriculture, 1114 Shawan Road, Cockeysville, MD 21030.<\/p>\n
The meeting will include updates on board initiatives, reports from stable inspections, and general business.<\/p>\n
Immediately following the meeting will be the launch and presentation of the MHIB\u2019s first \u201cTouch of Class\u201d Award to Kentucky Derby-winning trainer Graham Motion, who bases his stable in Maryland at the Fair Hill Training Center. A lunch\/media reception will follow.<\/p>\n
