The workshop is designed to teach the basics of food safety requirements and regulation in the manufacture of acidified foods in Maryland. Whether you have a business that you wish to expand, or you are just in the planning stages, this workshop will be helpful to you. The workshop ends on the second day (March 16th) at noon.<\/p>\n
Seats are limited and registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. On-site registration will NOT be accepted.\u00a0 Registration fee is $200 and includes materials, refreshment and lunch.
