ANNAPOLIS, MD (February 18, 2025)<\/strong> \u2013 Maryland\u2019s Best<\/a>, Maryland\u2019s state-wide marketing program connecting consumers to farmers and watermen, will be showcasing wild-caught Chesapeake Bay Blue Catfish, fresh Maryland oysters, Maryland blue crab and more delectable seafood from the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean at North America\u2019s largest seafood event, Seafood Expo North America\/Seafood Processing North America<\/a>. The Expo will take place from March 16-18, 2025, in Boston, MA at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cMaryland has showcased at the Seafood Expo North America for years, highlighting Maryland businesses who catch and process the Chesapeake and Atlantic Ocean\u2019s bounty,\u201d said Maryland Secretary of Agriculture Kevin Atticks<\/strong>. \u201cThis year, we will have the most vendor representation with six companies joining us to showcase the best of what the Chesapeake Bay has to offer.\u201d<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Maryland\u2019s Best, located in booth #1004, will be showcasing Maryland products from six Maryland-based seafood companies, including Black Pearl Spice Company, Hollywood Oyster Company, Jimmy\u2019s Famous Seafood, Lindy\u2019s Seafood, Madison Bay Seafood, and Tilghman Island Seafood. Stop by the booth to sample wild-caught Chesapeake blue catfish prepared multiple ways, an all in one mix for crab cakes, oyster salsa, Maryland blue crabs, oysters and more. Maryland is known for its seafood, and we invite you to come see why for yourself at the Seafood Expo North America.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n
