ANNAPOLIS, MD (November 19, 2024)<\/strong> \u2013 The Maryland Department of Agriculture<\/strong> recently honored 57 employees<\/strong> for their years of dedicated service to the state and its citizens. The service awards were given out during the Annual Employee Appreciation brunch<\/strong> held on Monday, November 18<\/strong>. Of the 57 employees honored, 55 have 5 or more years of service and two have 50 years each. Together, the employees represent 855 years of public service and approximately 1.78 million hours worked.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cMDA has some of the most dedicated employees in State government,\u201d said Maryland Department of Agriculture Secretary Kevin Atticks<\/strong>. \u201cTheir passion for the mission and core work of the department is demonstrated everyday.\u00a0 Honoring all our employees, including those with long service is an honor.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
