A meeting of the Maryland Horse Industry Board will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2024\u00a0at 10 A.M. by teleconference.<\/p>\n

The meeting was originally scheduled to be In-person at Ocean Downs, but due to the heat we have experienced this summer, we are moving the meeting to a virtual format.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

The meeting will include current information and discussion concerning Horse Board initiatives,\u00a0updates from board members and reports from stable inspectors. There will also be a de-briefing from the August 8 MD Horse Forum and a presentation about plans for the upcoming\u00a0ninth<\/b>\u00a0Horse Land exhibition at the MD State Fair.<\/p>\n

A detailed agenda, minutes from the June 13, 2024 meeting at Clarity Riding and July 9, 2024 meeting by teleconference as well as project updates and a financial summary will be sent out prior to the meeting.
