ANNAPOLIS, MD<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 Maryland\u2019s Best Seafood<\/a>\u2014a program within the Maryland Department of Agriculture\u2014is sponsoring the 51st<\/sup>\u00a0Annual U.S. Oyster Festival in Leonardtown (St. Mary\u2019s) on October 21-22. This two-day festival will feature a variety of vendors and exhibitors serving up different takes on Maryland oysters. There will also be plenty of live entertainment and attractions for the whole family.<\/p>\n

The festival\u2019s two main events are the National Oyster Shucking Contest and the National Oyster Cook-Off.
