The regulations can be found <a href=\"http:\/\/mda.maryland.gov\/Pages\/Proposed-Regulations.aspx\">online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A public hearing is scheduled for\u00a0February 13, 2017, at\u00a01 p.m. at the Maryland Department of Agriculture headquarters, Room 110, 50 Harry S.
