ANNAPOLIS, MD <\/strong>\u2013 Governor Larry Hogan will present Century Farm awards to 34 Maryland farm families, honoring their dedication to agriculture and long-term stewardship of the land. Established in 1994, the Century Farm Program honors families who have farmed the same land for more than 100 years. The program will have honored 173 farms after this year\u2019s ceremony. Farms in 18 counties will be recognized at the event, including: Allegany, Baltimore, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Charles, Dorchester, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Kent, Queen Anne\u2019s, St. Mary\u2019s, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, and Worcester.
