These measures are in response to the continuing threat of an outbreak. The <a href=\"http:\/\/mda.maryland.gov\/AnimalHealth\/Documents\/HPAI-MarketOrder%20Renewal.7.1.16.pdf\">quarantine orders<\/a> require all hatching eggs and poultry entering the state to be tested within 10 days or come from certified clean sources.
