The agenda includes a presentation on \u201cStatus of Water Quality Trading Efforts in Maryland\u201d by Lynn Buhl, director of Water Management Administration, Maryland Department of the Environment and Susan Payne, coordinator of Ecosystem Markets and Certainty Programs, Maryland Department of Agriculture.<\/p>\n The Commission serves as an advisory body to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of agriculture.
