Dept. of Agriculture in\u00a0Annapolis.\u00a0 Typical business items include: recommending easements for approval to the Board of Public Works, review of easement owner lot requests\/locations, review of farm agricultural subdivision requests, review of non-standard agricultural easement requests, dealing with easement infractions, and generation of policies, regulations and law to govern the Program.<\/p>\n<p>To be considered, applicants must be Maryland residents and farmer representatives\u2014either actively engaged in or retired from active farming.
